ABOUT KYLE

With the play of light as his muse, Kyle takes the ordinary and visualizes something beyond. Colors and details are embellished to add drama and bring to life his romanticized interpretations on canvas.  Wine and spirits paintings explore the play of light, color, and reflections.  Landscapes of favorite places based in reality but are transformed into dramatic, colorful visions on canvas that walk the line between realism and abstraction.

Kyle’s passion for art extends beyond the canvas and into the classroom, where he has been an elementary art teacher in the Octorara School District for over 10 years.  Born and raised in Allentown, Pa, his career took him to West Chester, PA after graduating from Kutztown University and it was there that he began pursuing a life dedicated to creating art.  He is currently located in Lancaster, PA.
